Length F to F for Butterfly Valve 2

Requirement of length F to F as per API 609 for 4" butterfly valve is 52 mm +/- 1.5 mm. But our manufacturer has manufactured the valve with F to F 54 mm. That is, 0.5 mm more than the + tolerance of 53.5 mm. Can any one advise if this is OK.

It depends on whether the end user could accept it or not.

If no big problem when installing, then no big deal i think.

It shouldn't be a BIG problem. Because the onsite install can be adjusted by pipeline.

But...yes, it depends how your end user regards this problem.
