Length and guage of winding in step down transformer 220v to 28v

Please tell me the core size and thickness and length of copper insulated winding in the primary and secondary winding of a step down transformer 220 volts to 28 volts AC 600 watts. The load is lighting Halogen lamps( Resistive load)
