Leaking "joint sealed" sheet pile wall

Does anyone have experience with the Gundwall? I am considering options for the replacment of a leaking "joint sealed" steel sheet pile wall used for groundwater containment. The wall dimensions are 100-foot long by 50 feet deep wall.
 
Have you tried to pump any grout behind the wall? Try bentonite and portland cement. How much head is on the ground water where the leaks are appearing?
