Leaking on a pipe

I was trying to estimate the leaked volume from a 6" pipe liquid product. Assuming that the leak is 1/4" diameter and head pressure is 100psi.

You could use a standard orifice calculation if its an estimate. Dont have the formula with me - but most text book and API 520 should provide the information
