Leakage monitoring system

We have underground preinsulated heating and chilled water underground piping, and installed leakage monitoring system for the system.

Beside, customer asks for lekage monitoring system for hot water drainage underground piping. do we really need this system fordrainage piping.

could you kindly tell us where we can find information about this subject
