hi to all experts in this forum....

a new kid to ansys autodyn is asking a textbook question.

i'd like to get any example documents, tutorials or any link on this subject.....

the problem is very simple. apply a sinusoidal tip load on the end of a long beam.

1. how to apply sinusoidal load ?

2. how to set Rayleigh damping in autodyn ?

I see some damping parameters like "static damping" but can i turn off all those default values and use Rayleigh (alpha-beta damping parameters? whats the relation of this static damping parameter to the alpha or beta?

many thanks in well advance.
