HOW CAN I MAKE THE LAYER´S TOOLBAR APPEAR AGAIN¡?

You can try View / Toolbars

You may have to customize a toolbar if it was removed from one by accident.

You can also directly edit the MNU file if you are brave.

I guess I was brave then (I edited the MNU file directly) There were custom toolbars that kept disappearing between start ups. Including them in the MNU file stopped the problem. Suggestion: make a back up before you start playing around with it. I even give mine a different name, i.e. Test.mnu.
