layer states per vport

ok i have acad 2000 i have heard that ADT can save layer states but not bring them back to individual vports has anyone made,seen,found a lisp routine that would write to a TXT/other file the layer states and be able to bring them back 1 at a time depending on what vport is currently active

if anybody has any comments feel free to say something if everyone helps everybody the world will be a better place
