Laterally Loaded Composite Single Pile in Layered Soils

What used to take hours to analyze can now be done in minutes. When you have a vertical single pile loaded with a moment and shear loads, the problem can readily be solved. The pile could be in a pinned or fixed condition at the top of the ground. However, when we have multiple soil layers, different pile materials and varying cross sections with depth, the soil and pile non linearity behaviors come to mind.

My main aim was to include a check that the induced passive pressure is less than the allowable passive resistance.

I have developed a program to handle this analysis and would welcome all thoughts from both soils and structural engineers:
