In the past I have used the Yura design methodology for caluclating the critical lateral-torsional buckling moment for double curvature beams (i.e. beams with cantilevers). Of course this was consistent with the LRFD specification. Does this method still hold true with the 13th edition AISC and the new equations? Are the same Cb equations still used for calculating Fcr?

The 13th Edition did not change the Cb and LTB equations significantly from the previous spec.
