There is an existing caisson/pile with a diameter of 0.95 m and length of 5 m. The ground profile is 2.7 m granular fill (SPT = 5-16) followed by dense silty sand. There are moderate horizon and overturning moments on the pile.
I want to find the lateral pressure profile along the pile. It would be appreciated if an engineering practice reference/textbook is introduced to me to do this apparently simple lateral pressure distribution profile. Thank you.
