Lateral pressure for box culvert wall

undergound box culvert, for Lateral pressure on the wall, do the compaction load and lateral wheel load occur simultaneousely?

If by compaction load, you mean lateral earth pressure, then I believe they occur simultaneously. In my experience with box culvert sidewalls, we have used 2' of additional surcharge load to account for truck wheel loads.
