laser cutting conditions for a Amada 3500

Hi all. Im learning on the amada 3500 laser and would like to know if there are some books out with cutting conditions.
Having some trouble with thicker CRS messy cuts. There have been conditions put in machine but they are all guess work and not very good at that.
