I am doing a project about large scale production of DHA from marine microalgae (crypthecodinium cohnii) by fermentation.
I have serious doubts about the steps of production, like the better substance used as substrate (glucose, acetic acid, ethanol, etc...), the better harvesting method for this microalgae and purification method (all of this in a industrial scale).
If you can help me with any information about it, i'll appreciate.
