Large Capacity Helical Screw Piles

Does anyone have any experience in the design of large capacity (ie. >500kN) screw piles. I am not interested in small square shaft piers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can find some pictures of screw piles on (Atlas pile) (only dutch and french, englisch section not yet ready))
In Belgium and the Netherlands, screwpiles are used until 1500kN.
