Does anyone have experience with Lamco engineered lumber products? Their joists are finger jointed in one orientation and T&G in the other so they can built up long, tall and true members.
The contractor on a residential project of mine has requested Lamco as a substitution for wood I joists for flexibility and cost savings. This product has been pitched to us before and I think it has promise but am wondering about any user experiences that might be helpful to us.
Is it true, dry, available, and does it perform as promised? Any defect issues or issues associated with quality control and durability?
Thank you!
