Does anyone know of a vendor that can supply an 8" diameter Kynar-lined bent pipe section with two approximately 20 degree bends in it? The overall length is about 5 feet. I've only been able to locate suppliers of this type of pipe who can produce a maximum 4" diameter bent pipe.

I would try Resistoflex, Edlon (who was resently bought by someone else), and Saint Gobain. They all do lined pipe. I don't know the sizes. You may have to resort to an alloy pipe.

In addition to the names Stonecold mentions, try Fusibond. From your handle, it appears you are in Chicago? They are in Downers Grove, IL. Is there a reason you can't use a miter cut piece of pipe and have to have bent?

Get a spool piece made in accordance with a liner's specs and have it centrifugally lined with ETFE. Resistoflex will do this for you.
