Just Installed Creo and Need to Create Formats

I just bought a license of Creo for freelance work, and am working on creating the first drawing. The default formats from Creo don't pull any information into the tables, and I can't type information into them manually, either.

It's been many years since I played around with Creo formats. Does anyone know of a good tutorial for this?
