Hi all,
I have a JT file with a nice part I need to use in TeamCenter. The problem is that it contains also many curves, which I want to remove (or at least blank).
I know I can do it in NX, but I get ugly tessellation as the JT result. Any idea how can I control the JT tessellation quality in NX?
I did the following without any success
1. Opened the JT in NX4
2. Deleted all unused curves.
3. Checked the TeamCenter Visualization in the File->Save Options dialog.
4. Modified the Preferences->JT Tesselation attributes.
5. Saved the part (so both prt and jt were created.
I suspect I missed something in step #4 because regardless of settings, the JT size was always the same (that is ~4 times less than the original JT). Maybe this option is only for visualization and not for save?...
Best regards,
Gil
