How canI join two or more parts to create new part, not assembly?
 
Merge them from assembly (advanced utilities) mode..

There is an easier method for merging parts, without using the assembly module. Use Create-> Data Sharing-> External Merge. Make sure you have the right license.
 
or Feature <Copy> <FromDifModel> ... now you can manage at feature level new join parts
 
or Feature Copy FromDifModel ... now you can manage at feature new join parts
