Jersey mold standards

I need technical details regarding molds used for casting concrete barriers known as Jersey molds. Are there any standard designs available, for the steel mold,type of steel, method of forming or welding etc. I shall be thankful to receive any information on this. I have info on the concrete barrier,it's design mass etc, but not the mold in which they are made.
