Are you asking about cooling water shutdown temperature, or fuel mixture trip temperature (something else)?
This screen shot might have the information you are asking for, but be aware the engine this screen shot applies to may be set up in an application that is completely different than yours (parameter trip settings could be different). It is much better to consult the OEM manual than a random engineer that just happens to be able to sometimes find useful information.
The particular parameter list I found lists 55C as the shutdown point for the air fuel mixture, normal is indicated to be 38C to 50C). I suspect this tripping temperature could be fuel dependent, so consulting the manual for your particular engine is recommended.
