J1939 Remote Engine Speed Control

Good day everyone, a question about J1939, has anyone here ever set up Remote Engine Speed Control on a PACCAR engine. These engines are for Peterbuilt and Kenworth trucks. I am looking specifically for the PGN and SPN to use.
