how to run the sample j-link program provide in pro/engineer.

and what the setting to be down.
 
Open \jlink\jlinkdoc\index.html.

In the frame on the left, change the second drop down selection from J-Link Packages to J-Link 2001 User's Guide.

The second folder, Setting Up J-Link, contains information about configuring J-Link.
