That's a very vague question. If you can provide some specifics on the nature of the "IT System", the physical arrangement, the type of school, type of building, and maybe what country the school is in, someone might be able to at least point you in the right direction.
My first kneejerk response is to advise you to hire a qualified EE to do the electrical design.
