I have been attempting to upload a .prt file from UGS NX7.5 into I-deas 5 in order to create a .pkg file to send to client. When attempting this process, I-deas 5 displays a pop-up that states the file cannot be read due to spaces in the file name (which is not the case). Although, the .prt file will open with no problems in UGS NX7.5 itself. I am very new to creating these file formats and also new with both of the software programs. This is also a time sensitive project.

I have attempting to retrieve the file in multiple ways, as fear they may have been corruption.

1. .zip
2. dropbox
3. directly connecting to client server

Thank you ahead of time for all of the assistance.

Yes, there can't be any spaces in any part of the file path. We do this all the time, and that is usually the problem.
