KINDLY LET ME KNOW THE PITCH OF ISO MALE THREAD WITH SIZE 4"( INCHES )

If exactly size 4 inch (101.60 mm), that would probably be size 4.0000-4 UNC, having pitch p = 0.25 inch (6.35 mm). If actually ISO, that would probably be M100 x 6, having pitch p = 6 mm, or M100 x 2, having pitch p = 2 mm.
