ISO/DIN naming of a screw

Thank you for giving me indication to be understood by german/american engineer when I need to register a new screw as standard part:
example:
CBLX40-M8x1.25-lg60, chamfer point. For french engineer this means standard head cylindrical spheric top large base 6 lobes print size40.
I am asked to accept each single radius cold forgeing needs!
