can anyone point me to a guide for this standard. I hold ASNT certs have a client that needs some inspection done and the manufacturer has referenced iso 9712 the equipment was fabricated in Europe
 
What do you mean by guide? The standard is for qualification of YOU: If you are not qualified per that standard, then you ostensibly have to recuse yourself from performing any certifiable testing.
