To expand. This site is free, and the people who contribute answers are doing it to satisfy some personal need. If a particular question doesn't capture anyone's interest then it never gets answered. You can minimize this by posing questions that have enough information for an experienced engineer to get interested in either helping or facilitating further discussion.
