Is there an FAA or other authority that overrides the reduction of Roof Live Load on airports?

I have ran into counties or cities that override the codes (IBC, ASCE 7 etc.) requiring that snow loads do not go below a minimum value they set or not allowing reduction of live loads etc. So is there any authority that overrides what reduction of loads is allowed in ASCE 7 for airport design?

It would be the same state/county/city building officials that change snow load. Unless the airport is on Federal property, the local building code will apply.

(Edit: by Federal property, I'm referring to military installations like Air Force Bases or Naval Air Stations)

I'm not aware of anything specific from the FAA, and have some basis for that. The airport commission may have some amendments but it feels unlikely.

I'm not clear you're asking about reducing snow load (thermal or occupancy effects, roof slope) or roof live load (square footage and slope) by the way. The two are distinct.

I think i had an Idaho project where they amended the minimum roof snow load above 20. Or where is Great Falls ?
