hello plastics proffessionals,
I am seeking a recommendation for a plastic or composite material that possesses the following properties for my newest project...preferably moldable through injection processes but not required:
low thermal conductivity...specifically resistance to cold (the component will be exposed to 40 ms bursts of cryogen for 1 hz for hundreds of cycles)high priority

low optical energy absorbtion mostly visible spectrum 595 - 800nm (ie transparent or white colored?)

stiff but not brittle, will be an abused device...
flameproof or self extingishing

FDA approved for medical applications (non invasive though)
acid and solvent resistance

resistant to (optically heated) burned on material surface degradation from burned skin and hair (as slick a surface as best can be achieved)second highest priority

Thanks gentlemen and gentlewomen
