On my draft sheet, I want to have an E Background sheet. I know their is A, B, C, and D background sheets, but I was wondering if their was an E. I know I can set the sheet up to size E, but that's the sheet itself, not the background. Is this possible or is D the maximum?

Geno,

AFAIK there is no default E-sheet background. If however, you show background sheets, you can insert a sheet after D-Sheet and size it to E. Then format block as you need. Attached is one I threw together in two minutes using the std SE background.

Using different sized sheets as backgrounds has always perplexed me.

Maybe it’s because I work in a small environment.

But I just use a custom sheet 2000w x 1500w (millimeters) with border and text block scaled to fit. An let the printers handle the scaling to suit sheet size.
We can print A4, A3, A2, A1, & A0 all from the same sheet with no problems. All drawings printed are perfectly proportioned.

It’s possible I’m missing something, is it to do with localized standards?

Yea, that's a good idea. But The E Background would give me more room.
