IOE Error

Hi, I can't open a CAE file in version 6.4 by using Version 6.14-5.
IOE error: permission denied.
how can i solve this problem?

Try starting Abaqus as administrator or from a directory with no access restrictions.

I tried but the same error when opening older file which done by abaqus version 6.4

How do you start Abaqus and in what work directory ?
