does anyone have a dxf file of the involute curve form for 20 deg P.A spur gear tooth which i could scale to suit the desired module and P.C.D?

Draw one up for yourself, it's a bit time consuming but not hard.

The info you need to create one is in machinery's handbook.

There is a Forum "Gear & Pulley Engr".
Try that.
