Inventor needs simple 3D housing design made for new product

Help if it's at all possible. I have a project that was presented to me that will require a 3D drawing of a Thule 611 cargo rack made close to scale with a finish size of 3.5" L x 1 3'4" W x 1 1/8" H hollow inside. The end drawings will need to be in three pieces. A sealing seam on the clamshell top and bottom with a inserting end cap. The top and bottom will require 4-6 thru hole placements to join the top and bottom with the screws going up from the bottom.
