I am finishing up a dual head extrusion adapter design (not unlike a double wall pipe) oil will circulate between the core and the shell. The outside shell requires welds that intersect (like a cross) I have tried the V, U and fillet welds and all respond the same, there is a void at the weld intersect point. Is there a method to blend these weld beads at the point of intersect?

Thanks
