Hi,
How can I sent these problem (Internal Error: Invalid Status 0x248) into GTAC.

Yes, this is caused by a cracked license.
If you have a genuine license you can open these files but with a warning of internal inconsistencies.

.. not always: AFAIK the message with the status code can't be
opened, the second type of message is without the status
code and this can be opened/saved -- but the message will persist
