If you have the jelly worm material in contact with another flexible vinyl, that vinyl will soften greatly and lose its strength. If the jelly worm material is in contact with styrene, the styrene will dissolve and the jelly worm will melt into it. If the jelly worm material is in contact with polycarbonate, the polycarbonate piece will crack. PVC jelly worm material is almost useless for anything but jellyworms. Styrenic TPE jellies (used in shoe inserts) are alot less objectionable to most plastics, but contact with other flexible PVC materials will destroy the styrenic TPE compound.
I also find your posting to contain poor english and demonstrate a lack of knowledge of plastics. You should hire a consultant before you market something which will cause you great liability and monitary loss.
