Intensity Values in Ensenada Mexico

I am trying to develop intensity values(10 year and 100 year) for an area in Ensenada, Mexico but I need rainfall data to begin. Any ideas on where to find that information. OR is there a hydrology manual for that area.

Hi, Vic31,
You may want to start either with CNA or INEGI, both entities in Mexico. I am not sure if they have this particular info, but I might start there.
