I am building a 2.3L turbocharged four cylinder gasoline engine. 96mm x 86mm bore and stroke. Rod Halls turbocharger calculator gives me a 143F inlet temperature after the aftercooler for 20 psi max boost and 70% efficient turbocharger. Redline is 7000 rpm. I have to build a custom intake manifold for it. I am trying to settle on an appropriate size for the intercooler to maximize the area under the torque curve for 4000-7000 rpm operation. Is there a program or calculation that I can start from? Thanks for any input.

Matt
