Insulation gasket

Hi all,
I have a question.

In the middle of bidding to supply choke valve (AISI4130 material) which to be installed at flowline (CS). Do we need insulation gasket?

IMO, no.

The potential of both the alloy steel and carbon steel would be practically the same.
