Insufficient memory

Will trying to do a draft analysis earlier I got this
error;

Insufficient memory for surface analysis (107 Mb
required, 63 Mb available). Only 58% of surfaces done.

Has any one come across this before?
 
Yes, you need more RAM.
 
I have set the 3GB flag in win xp seems to have sorted it
for now.
