Working on a site plan. My question is about the instantaneous center of rotation (ICoR) of the rear axle of a tanker truck having a 65' wheel base. I the ICoR defined by the intersection of a radial line from the rear axle and a radial line from the fifth wheel? I know the path that the fifth wheel will take.

Being in the .dwg format, I'll have to get home to open it.
