Instantaneous Center of Rotation Method 1

Regarding the Instantaneous Center of Rotation Method that mentioned in steel construction manual Page 8-9

I need to use this method to design a weld for liner group of weld using the IC method but with a different range of angles that covered by table (8-4 to 8-11), I have tried to find the way to verify the resulted strength of the weld that existed in tables 8-4 to 8-11 with the given formula to calculate weld eq. (8-3) but I can`.

So, Is there is a method to use IC manually without tables.
