Installing ANSYS v. 10.0

I'm trying to install Ansys v. 10.0 AND Flexlm 10.1.3.0 on my computer which have Windows XP installed.
I receive the following errors:
-90 Future license file format or misspelling in license file.
The file was issued for a later version of FLEXlm than
this program understands.
-97 The desired vendor daemon is down.
1) Check the lmgrd log file, or 2) Try lmreread.
Flexlm v. 10.1.3.0 isn't compatible with Windows XP?
