I am using Marc Mentat 2013 and on several occasions during the processing of a model, I have checked the out file and noticed several warnings of inside out elements and many times this results in an incomplete analysis. Sometimes I can remesh with a larger mesh and resolve this issue but I have never found a sure fire way to deal with it. Is there an option in Marc that would address inside out elements. I have a current model that I am running that also has this issue. It is a simple analysis which is composed of a stabilizer bar bushing using element type 157 and has assigned 70 durometer material curve fit properties using 2 constant Mooney. There is also a section of stabilizer bar which is a geometric entity and has a radial load of 652N applied to it. I suspect the issue in this case is that I have a 11mm hole in the bushing and an 11.5mm bar but in order to compensate for that I am using an interference fit with a -0.5 contact normal closure. Regardless I still see inside out elements
