Inserting word doc as an object, icon problem

Hi,when inserting a word doc as an icon, in Visio 2003, the word bitmap icon ( w picture ) is not displayed, just the label is displayed on its own. File opens o.k when double clicked just icon cannot be viewed.

I have tried excel and ppt files same problem.

If I paste a word doc as an icon in word itself its fine, just in visio its a problem.

Has anyone any ideas ?
