Inquiry about the limits for the max Q and max head

Dear Sir,

we imported some jet self-priming pumps. The performance written on the the pump is that Max Head 40 meter and max Q=60L/m. By measuring the pump the performance was found Q=80L/minute and H=48m. Are there standard for accepting the pump based only on measurement of Q and H.
