For a Ramjet, how to decide what angle to use for the inlet cone?

Mach number maybe ?

another day in paradise, or is paradise one day closer ?

NOTE.
AIAA Aerospace AIAA Education Series [texts] include some excellent books on engine-airframe integration and engine-inlet design.

Simplistically it's related to target mach number as rb1957 suggests. However, if memory serves what's really important would be angle between tip of the cone and the lip of the duct - ie. the effective angle.
